Venue and technical coordination
We consider seating, stage layout, audio and visual requirements alongside the programme. Technical preparations are clarified before the event and integrated into the delivery plan.
Attendee experience
We consider the welcome, wayfinding and attendee flow as a whole. Helping guests find the information they need and move comfortably through the event is a priority.
